This session is perfect to focus on a specific issue, either anatomical or physiological. Regular Shiatsu sessions raised your vital energy level.

In addition to the session itself which is deepened, some exercises to be practice home will be explained and demonstrated, as well as food advises will be given.
DO-IN DUO
90min - 80Eur
You'll practice and learn with your partner a combination of exercises and self shiatsu treatment. In addition, you'll learn and practice shiatsu technics on each other.
DO-IN SOLO
60min - 45Eur
A full session where we focus on your personal needs, depending on your own energy that day, in accordance with the season.
